Signal Problem

Question : My phone keeps losing signal and/or dropping calls!

Answer: there are many possibilities why you keep losing your signals or sudden drop of your calls.
- The network providers might have a coverage problem in that particular area .In any case you could call the network provider to make sure whether the problem is theirs or of your handset.
- There might be a software problem in your handset.Maybe you are using an old versions and it needs to be upgraded .
- there might be an antenna problem if your using a handset with an antenna problem ,it can be replaced with a new one.
