Problem with MMS or WAP

Question 1:
I cannot receive picture messages or access WAP! ? Why ? Is my phone is a old model ?

Answer :The Handset cannot send or receive pictures messages and WAP cannot be activated until the phone has been configured to the network and the settings are activated.to do this either you need to go to the manufacturer’s service center or you can contact your network provider by calling the customer care and requesting them to send you the settings.
