Hearing problem

Qusetion : I cannot hear people when I am talking to them on the phone or People cannot hear me when I talk to them on my handset!

Answer (a): You phone might have got a faulty ear speaker which makes the voice lower or you may not hear them at all.You need to get a replacement of the speaker and the phone would work fine .If you still have a warranty you could get itt for free.

Answer (b): Your phone sounds like the microphone in your handset is faulty, and this is the reason that people cannot hear you. You need to replace the microphone and the phone will then work fine. This will be a free repair if the handset is under warranty. 0 comments
